Accounting Assistant (m/f), Hapur in Hapur, Uttar Pradesh

Your tasks:
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Able to research and resolve outstanding issues such as what may be causing the invoice to be in some type of non-payment status
- Excel – Basic knowledge including pivots
- Process invoices with accuracy resulting in high quantity of invoices with ahigh quality level.
- Audit invoices vs. purchase orders
- Able to make independent decisions when processing invoices on a basic to intermediate level
- Work special projects when needed
Your skills:
- Two-year Business degree with some accounting classes preferred
- Must be proficient in word processing, spreadsheet and database software
- Very good oral and written communication skills
- Five to seven years of accounting related experience with emphasis in accounts payable
- Strong attention to detail
